A minimum number of 5 families are required for our hubs to run. Share with your friends, family and networks to ensure we have enough members to go ahead. Refunds will be issued in full if the hub does not go ahead.
For the Manchester hub, payment in full is due at time of booking. 50% is refundable until one month before the hub start date. After this time, this is non-refundable.
For the Countryside hub, 20% payment is required at time of booking to secure your space with the remainder due 45 days before the hub start date. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the remainder is refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the hub start date. Cancellations within 30 days of the hub start date result in no refunds of any amount.
No places are confirmed until payment is received.
All requested documentation must be returned within 2 weeks of booking. This includes participant information, signed waivers and travel information.
We can recommend and advise on accommodation booking and travel plans, but we take no responsibility for the quality, cost or state of the accommodation, nor any changes to travel plans. All liability is removed from us for these elements.
